John has been working as a cultural consultant and trainer for a quarter of a century, and has worked with companies such as Siemens, P&G, Oracle, and many more; as well as being a consultant to the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing. He has worked with clients in Canada, the United States, China, and India; and has worked with companies that have headquarters in more than 20 different countries.

The Language of Culture is the culmination of his experience and knowledge, putting together a program which doesn’t just teach generic lessons about culture, but that is specifically designed to promote diversity within your organization — eliminating stereotypes, identifying unconscious biases, improving communication and relationships, and all around improving efficiency and profits.
